Job Description
Are you a highly experienced BDM with good relationships within the Commercial/Asset Finance Broker channel? Do you thrive on building new business whilst building rapport with customers? In this role, you will use your relationship skills to increase revenue through our broker channel. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure our customers are prioritized. You'll also be involved in building our brand through industry events and presentations within the finance sector.
Qualifications
How you will make a difference
* Facilitate distribution of Shift's products into large corporate and enterprise customers by building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their objectives, and identifying solutions to drive success.
* Develop business by establishing and growing your network across target industries.
* Take ownership of your activities to meet or exceed targets.
* Collaborate with the Broker Sales team and third-party introducers as appropriate.
* Work with onboarding teams to ensure successful product implementation.
* Consider sales and risk perspectives to align outcomes with business objectives.
Skills that set you apart
* 2+ years experience in Sales/BDM within Finance.
* Experience delivering complex financial solutions to corporate or institutional clients.
* Proven success in consultative sales with sophisticated business clients.
* Understanding of financial risks and business levers, especially working capital factors.
* Credit experience is advantageous but not essential.
Additional Information
* Develop and execute sales plans to meet objectives.
* Activate and onboard brokers, maintaining relationships.
* Represent Shift at industry events and build brand awareness.
* Manage key relationships with aggregator sales personnel.
* Stay updated on market and industry trends.
