Our Cairns campus is growing, and we're looking for a dynamic Business Manager to take the lead in building a vibrant team culture, driving student engagement, and unlocking new growth opportunities.

What You'll Do
* Lead day-to-day operations across the Cairns campus
* Build a positive, high-performing team culture
* Engage with students to boost participation and retention
* Drive business development and community partnerships
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities for new programs
* Ensure compliance and operational excellence

* A passionate people leader with proven experience in education, training, or program management

The Details
* Full-time role based onsite in Cairns
* Flexible start/finish times (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)
* Lead a team of 15 trainers and admin staff
* Mix of operational management and business development
