Job Description
* Coordinate end to end relocation logistics including flights, removals, transport, and accommodation
* Act as the primary point of contact ensuring a smooth and stress free experience
* Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to manage timelines and deliver exceptional service
* Balance customer service (40%) with administrative duties (60%)
* Manage multiple cases simultaneously with precision and empathy
The Successful Applicant
* Back in claims, relocation, travel coordination or end to end logistics
* Customer service experience ( high volume ideally )
* Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities
* Strong communication skills across phone and email
* A customer first mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
