Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality processes are in place across Lutheran Services' Queensland sites. This involves consulting with local services, department leads, and corporate support service staff to provide practical outcomes. The role requires travel under a regular schedule to various Lutheran Services sites.
Key responsibilities include supporting on-site teams to understand regulatory frameworks, leading coordination of accreditations and external audits, conducting internal auditing, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. Strong relationships must be built with Site Managers and teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Clinical experience or a background in quality assurance
* A strong understanding of legislation such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards or other similar accreditation standards
* Solid communication skills with high-level critical thinking analytical data trend analysis problem-solving skills
