About this opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workday Change Manager/Lead to play a critical role in a major People and HR Transformation program. This role will lead the people‑side of change for a Workday implementation and optimisation program, ensuring strong adoption, sustained behavioural change and a positive employee experience.
You will be accountable for end‑to‑end change leadership, working closely with HR, the Workday delivery team, senior sponsors, and cross‑functional stakeholders across the organisation. This role requires deep Workday experience, senior‑level change leadership, and a strong understanding of HR processes and operating models.
How do you exceed our expectations?
* Proven experience leading change for Workday HCM and/or Finance implementations (e.g. Core HCM, Time & Absence, Learning, Talent, Payroll, Compensation, Adaptive Planning).
* Extensive experience in senior or lead‑level change roles, owning strategy and delivery for large‑scale programs.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and operating models, gained through: HRIS/Workday programs, and/or
HR business partnering, payroll, workforce transition or HR transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leaders and executive sponsors.
- Experience working in complex, regulated or unionised environments is highly regarded.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast‑paced transformation programs.
