Employment type: Temporary full-time position until 3 Jul 2026 with possibility of extension Location: Flexible/hybrid working arrangements available across NSW, with some travel to Sydney metro locations required from time to time Grade: DCS Clerk Grade 11/12 Salary Range : $149,739 - $173,174 p.a. base salary dependent on experience, plus 11.5% superannuation. The opportunity We are now inviting applications for the opportunity of Principal Agreements Manager for Government Technology Platforms (GTP), within Digital NSW. GTP works closely with other public sector agencies, with a vision to be the state's trusted partner to enable accessible and secure digital platforms and services for the people and businesses of NSW. The Partnerships & Engagement (P&E) Directorate serves as the stakeholder entry point for GTP, supporting agency relationships throughout digital delivery and ensuring commercial outcomes. In this role, you will lead a 12-month program focused on maturing and embedding inter-agency and inter-state agreements that support good governance, commercial requirements, and provide partners clarity on roles and responsibilities as part of our digital delivery. You will comfortably engage and influence various stakeholders, including executives, to manage expectations, achieve supportive outcomes, and establish a sustainable model for inter-agency agreements. What you will bring to this role · Demonstrated experience in building mutually beneficial partnerships across a complex landscape that maximises shared value for stakeholders and government, with a strong focus on inter-agency collaboration · Proven experience in a public sector environment supporting agreement and contract functions, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, service specific terms and negotiating beneficial terms with other government partners · Knowledge of governance frameworks that guide digital delivery processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements. · Knowledge and experience in agile operating environments, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) · Understanding of digital delivery supply chains, enabling effective agreement structures that support digital product delivery from inception to completion Essential requirements · Proven experience in agreement management and inter-agency collaboration · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills · Strong understanding of governance frameworks within an agile digital delivery environment · Ability to manage competing demands and prioritise tasks effectively AI Statement The NSW Government is committed to ensuring the safe, ethical, and responsible deployment of AI across NSW.
