What You Will Be Doing
You will support high-volume container transport operations in a fast-paced scheduling environment, including:
* Scheduling fleet movements using VBS booking systems and Containerchain
* Planning and allocating driver jobs for FCL deliveries and MT collections
* Communicating daily with drivers, operations and internal MEDLOG departments
* Ensuring all job details and load information are accurate and up to date
* Supporting MEDLOG’s fleet maintenance strategy
* Responding quickly to operational changes and reprioritising throughout the day
What You Will Need
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to adjust priorities quickly
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working under pressure
* High-level computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
* Sound understanding of Main Roads Regulations
* Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
Highly Regarded (Not Essential):
* Experience using Containerchain, MT Data, or 1-Stop VBS
