Job Description:Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond.Essential criteriaAt least 3 years experience in establishing and managing Release Management processes in an enterprise business system context.Working knowledge of the SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD, with proven experience of release management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Methodologies.Experience managing release-related interdependencies, ensuring adherence to key governance processes and milestone management, and maintaining the integrity of releases.Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, along with good collaboration, time management, and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and willingness to drive and improve all aspects of Release processes.Relevant tertiary qualifications; and an industry-recognized qualification in project management, such as Diploma of Project Management or SAFe Agile.Desirable criteriaRelease and/or Project Management experience in Federal or State Government environments.Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development.Understanding of the Solution Delivery Lifecycle and its relationship to Change Management & Release Management.Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to protect against potential security threats.Required Skills:MitigationAccessibilityDevOpsConfluenceAgile MethodologiesChange ManagementGovernmentNegotiationJIRASecurityPressureTime ManagementProject ManagementDesignBusinessCommunicationManagement
