We're looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative/Customer Service to support our growing customer base and drive sales growth. If you're passionate about building lasting client relationships and love a fast-paced, sales-focused environment — we'd love to hear from you.
Please note: This is a phone and computer-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with new and existing B2B customers via phone and email
* Process orders, respond to product inquiries, and handle customer queries
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Develop a solid understanding of our product range to effectively communicate benefits and drive sales
* Meet and exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in sales and customer service preferred but essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
* Strong relationship-building abilities and customer-first mindset
* Confidence using Outlook and CRM systems (training provided)
* Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently while also being a team player
