What you'll be doing
The Digital Health Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the efficient delivery and management of digital health services by providing essential operational and administrative support.
This role contributes to the effective management of financial processes, procurement activities, recruitment coordination, asset tracking, and the maintenance of business and operational records. It also assists in the preparation of approval briefings to support informed decision-making by management and executives.
The position supports resource allocation and contract administration, oversees the tracking, auditing, and lifecycle management of digital and ICT assets in line with organisational policies and governance standards. Serving as a central point of contact between clinical teams, technical staff, vendors, and external partners, the coordinator ensures smooth operations, promotes compliance, and drives continuous improvement to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in health administration, business, information technology, or demonstrated equivalent experiences or combination of study and work experience.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in financial management, procurement processes, contract administration, and compliance with relevant policies.
* Proven experience in providing operational support within digital health or ICT environments, demonstrating strong organisational and multitasking skills.
