About the Opportunity
As a Cook, you will be responsible for delivering high quality food and catering services which meet the needs of our Home and our residents.
* Ensure that delicious, well-balanced and nutritional meals are planned, prepared and presented to meet the needs of residents.
* Ensure kitchen, dining room and associated equipment and crockery, meet required hygiene and compliance standards.
* Create and maintain an environment that ensures positive and cooperative working relationships.
* Work along the direction of Head Chef to ensure all tasks are completed.
About You
To be successful, you'll need:
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (essential).
* Previous experience as a Cook in Aged Care (preferred).
* Knowledge of modified diets.
The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination and may need to complete a NDIS check.
