About the Role
This permanent full-time role is designed to provide assistance to admissions and emergency staff with patient financial records, ensuring compliance with national healthcare agreements, NSW health policies, and local LHD procedures. You will be responsible for supporting patients in making informed choices about their care, maximizing fee revenue, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
