* Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
* Support residents with mobility needs including walking assistance, using mobility aids, or transferring between positions.
* Monitor health and well-being, reporting any changes in resident behavior or condition.
* Collaborate with residents to understand dietary requirements and preferences, providing personalized support during meals.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and observations.
Certification: Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification. Essential skills include adaptability, passion for caregiving, effective communication, and teamwork.
