The property offers guests a selection of hotel rooms, self-contained one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, and a three-bedroom penthouse. Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in our Housekeeping department by maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms. Your responsibilities include collaborating with the team and assisting guests as needed, ensuring every guest has a memorable stay with excellent hospitality.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping surfaces to create a great first impression.
2. Follow established guidelines to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
3. Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.
4. Use cleaning materials safely and adhere to safety protocols.
5. Respect guest privacy and security, ensuring their comfort.
6. Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is preferred.
* Warm and welcoming communication style that makes guests and team members feel comfortable.
* Attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in your work.
* Comfortable with physical tasks, including navigating stairs and open pathways.
* Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
* Reliable transportation and availability for various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
