Our client requires a qualified Printer for their very busy high-volume business, with brand new machinery, state of the art facility, and a very supportive work environment.
This opportunity has arisen through company growth, we are now able to offer a permanent afternoon shift role, with no shift rotations and above Industry award payrate. Come work for an employer that values your mastery.

**THE ROLE**:
- Work with management to ensure an efficient production schedule is achieved.
- Ensure product quality standards are met and maintained
- Previous printing experience with Flexographic Printing Press an advantage
- Mixing inks to match PMS colours
- Preparing plates for mounting on to cylinders. Store plates correctly with PDF and sample print
- Preparing plates and cylinders for installation into printing press
- Thorough cleaning of press, plates, aniloxes, ink pumps etc and work area
- Filling out required documentation correctly and accurately
- Lubricating Printing Press and maintaining all records
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Trade Qualified Printer
- Forklift licence an advantage
- Able to maintain a hygienic environment and comply with all relevant SOP's
- Able to work unsupervised and in a responsible and professional manner
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail, able to complete relevant documentation accurately
- Results orientated and able to meet KPI's
- Great Communication skills
- Team player
