Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role as a Business Analyst located in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Analyst will perform tasks such as gathering and analyzing business requirements, evaluating business processes, and identifying improvement opportunities. Additionally, the role includes communication with stakeholders to provide insights, documentation of technical and non-technical requirements, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with business goals.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
* Expertise in Business Analysis, including identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
* Proficiency in handling Business Processes and mapping workflows.
* Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements to meet organizational objectives.
* Excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey insights clearly.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
* Experience with data visualization tools and process modeling is advantageous.
