Our restaurant focuses on serving high-quality meals, with a specialization in dry ageing and charcoal cooking. We carry out in-house butchering and dry ageing to bring a unique touch to our guests.
We are open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Our 5-day working roster ensures two joint days off, allowing you to plan your schedule effectively.
About You
* Possession of a passion for quality food, ensuring high standards in the kitchen
* Understanding of HACCP, Work Health and Safety legislation, and Food Handlers Basics Certificate requirements
* Strong team development skills and experience mentoring staff
* Well-rounded experience in all kitchen sections and grill cooking expertise

* Hands-on leadership role, supporting and mentoring the team while leading by example
* Collaboration with the Head Chef on menu creation and delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Administrative tasks including stock management and ordering
* Skilled grilling capabilities
