Ventia has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Seamstress to become a valued member of our team supporting Australian Defence personnel in Wagga, NSW. As our Seamstress, you'll report directly to the Site Lead and play a vital role in delivering expert tailoring and alteration services to those who serve our nation.

**Working Hours**:
- Mon, Tues, Thurs: 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Wed: 7:00am - 4:30pm
- Fri: 7:30am - 1:00pm

**Your Role Will Include**:
- Sewing rank badges, medals, and insignias
- Performing tailoring and alterations such as hemming and adjustments
- Taking accurate body measurements for tailored fits
- Supporting Defence personnel with fitting and outfitting needs
- Maintaining precise work order records
- Managing clothing store inventory and assisting in general store operations
**We're Looking for Someone Who**:
- Is an Australian Citizen (required for Defence Security Clearance)
- Has experience with tailoring, measuring, and clothing alterations
- Has worked in clothing store operations and understands inventory processes
- Thrives on meeting production deadlines and managing workloads
- Brings a strong customer service mindset to every interaction
- Can confidently use basic MS Office tools for record keeping
