Job Overview:
This role plays a crucial part in supporting the investigations laboratory by handling complaint products. It is responsible for unpacking deliveries, accurately logging items into the online complaints system, labeling and storing devices systematically.
The Assistant, Customer Quality also archives devices in preparation for long-term storage or secure disposal, maintaining detailed records in archive spreadsheets. Additionally, they must maintain the Chain of Custody for complaint products involved in legal matters, documenting all transfers and handling steps in a chronological log.
