As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional return to work services. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will enable you to provide strategic guidance and support across the Injury & Health Solutions team.
This includes ensuring compliance with legislation and SIRA standards while driving continuous improvement in return to work outcomes. You will also guide and mentor team members, coordinate external rehabilitation providers, lead training initiatives that build capability.
