Essential Requirements

A desire to offer the best standards of care for patients while showing empathy and support for clients in all aspects of their pets' care.
Someone who recognises our team is essential to provide excellent client and patient care.
Client facing reception experience is essential, with knowledge of the Veterinary Industry an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Someone who thrives on autonomy and exercises initiative.
Responsibilities Include
Contributing to the smooth day to day running of My Pet Hub by managing appointment bookings for all departments.
Managing client enquiries via phone, email, social media, and face to face.
Managing client and patient files.
Daily banking & managing client payments.
Varied administrative tasks.
