Responsibilities:
1. To facilitate and oversee food preparation that meets client needs and adheres to strict hygiene/safety principles.
2. Maintaining storage and protection of food supplies while efficiently managing catering practices.
3. Cooking daily meals with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and optimum resource utilization.
4. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred. Candidates without formal qualifications may be considered if they have relevant experience (at least 2 years) as a cook, with knowledge of fresh/chill methodology & awareness of texture-modified foods controls.''
