About You

The Role This is an opportunity for you to use your existing knowledge and experience to help grow a high performing team
* Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of OT's, Physio's & EP's providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
* Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
* Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
* Supporting the Area Manager with setting team growth goals and creating annual business plans and strategic goals.
* Managing performance and ensuring financial, customer and quality KPI's are met across the team.
* Balance clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
* Building and nurture relationships – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
