The Role
Welcome to your new role as the Retailer and Shopper Support Specialist where you will be supporting the national roll out of the online and in store rewards programme.
Some of the duties include:
Emphasis on outbound calls re-engaging retailers with the Cash Back programme to drive engagement, and member acquisition
Meet Shopper and Retailer satisfaction goals and co-ordinate with the Customer Service team to achieve this
Manage relationships and complaints with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a positive working relationship with interstate teams, retailers, suppliers and vendors as you will be liaising with them on a daily basis
Compile and generate reports amongst other administrative duties

About You
Customer Support, Customer Service, or Retailer and Support Shopper Specialist background, with Ecommerce experience
FMCG industry experience is a bonus
Versatile, easy going and outgoing personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
