Satellite Security Services is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This role supports our day-to-day operations and customer service, working closely with management and technicians.
Hours:
9:00am – 3:00pm (18 hours per week)

will be required from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
Answering phones and assisting clients
Scheduling jobs for technicians
Data entry, and invoicing
Preparing quotes and basic administration tasks
General office duties to support smooth operations
Software Used
Experience with the below is helpful (training provided):
MYOB
Tradify
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good computer and typing skills
Organised, accurate and able to work independently
Previous admin experience preferred but not essential
