Automotive Sales Group (ASG Australia) is Australia's leading distributor of Sitrak commercial trucks, servicing customers nationwide from our headquarters in Dandenong South. We specialise in heavy-duty trucks, genuine spare parts, servicing, rentals, and 24/7 breakdown support.
As our marketing continues to grow, we are looking for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing execution across digital channels.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, digital marketing, and being hands-on. You will assist with social media, digital ads support, content creation, and basic analytics reporting.
You will work closely with the existing marketing function and support ongoing campaigns and content production.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
* Assist with creating and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
* Help write captions and prepare content calendars
* Take photos and videos of trucks, parts, servicing, and behind-the-scenes activities
* Appear on camera for short videos where required (walkarounds, promos, simple explainers)
Graphic Design & Video Editing
* Create basic marketing visuals using Canva or similar tools
* Assist with simple video editing (reels, short promos, cut-downs)
* Repurpose content across platforms
Digital Marketing Support
* Assist with GA4 tracking and basic reporting
* Support SEO tasks (content updates, basic keyword optimisation)
* Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup support, creatives, monitoring)
* Help manage UTM links and campaign tracking
Website & Admin Support
* Upload basic website content (news, stock highlights, promotions)
* Monitor enquiries from forms and campaigns
* Coordinate with sales and service teams for marketing content
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Confident in front of camera
* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Experience or working knowledge of:
* GA4
* SEO basics
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads Manager
* Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
* Good organisation and time management
Nice to Have
* Background or interest in automotive, trucks, or B2B industries
* Marketing, communications, or business studies
* Experience managing or growing social media accounts
