We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedRisk & Compliance Managerto join ourAudit, Risk & Compliance team.
Reporting to theHead of Audit, Risk & Compliance, you'll:
Lead a high performing team to implement risk and compliance frameworks acrossWesfarmers Health, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and internal policies
Partner with executive leaders to embed a proactive and data-driven risk culture across retail, digital health, and medi-aesthetics
Oversee compliance reviews, synthesise regulatory and industry trends and changes to ensure compliance best practice
Support governance committees and deliver high-quality reporting to senior leadership
Drive continuous improvement in risk maturity and control effectiveness
What you'll bring:
Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of risk and compliance frameworks and industry best practices.
Preferably within healthcare, digital services or other regulated industries.
Extensive understanding of risk management concepts and frameworks with a track record successful business partnering and practical and pragmatic implementation
Strong project management and prioritisation skills to manage continuous improvement
Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business processes and controls
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of management, negotiate outcomes and confidentially present
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Suite and common systems.
Archer experience highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in business, Law, Risk Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
