Service Delivery Manager – Disability Services

Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of the daily operational management across client intake, staff rostering, and service coordination functions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders, addressing any concerns quickly and professionally
Ensure the organisation meets all NDIS Practice Standards and is prepared for audits and quality checks
Contribute to workforce development through recruitment, onboarding, and staff training initiatives
Collaborate closely with the CEO to deliver consistent, safe, and high-quality support services
Manage organisational systems and ensure compliance across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Participation (CP) programs
Ensure all participant documentation—such as Rosters of Care, Programs of Support, Schedules of Supports, and Service Agreements—is accurate, compliant, and safeguarded
Lead incident reporting processes and risk mitigation strategies, including mandatory and reportable incidents
Monitor and administer participant funding to ensure alignment with support needs and NDIS guidelines
What You’ll Bring:
Demonstrated leadership experience within disability, healthcare, or community service sectors
Knowledge of NDIS processes, service delivery standards, and regulatory requirements
Exceptional interpersonal, team management, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to establish systems and procedures in a growing organisation, while maintaining a people-first approach
Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and negotiating positive outcomes
