**PACK & SEND** is a respected Australian company in the parcel, freight and eCommerce logistics sector, operating over 130 Retail Service Centres across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
**The Role**:
- **Full-time - Monday to Friday**:
- Packing, invoicing & consigning parcels & freight, from small parcels to large artworks and heavyweight freight
- Producing custom made cartons from flat cardboard sheets
- Working with pallets/crates
- Local Pick-ups and local deliveries in the PACK & SEND vehicle
- Tracking and tracing consignments and resolving delivery issues
- Assisting the store manager with qualified handling of Over-The-Counter -Sales, telephone sales, web estimate requests and online sales transactions
- Completing various administrative tasks within an agreed time frame to ensure the smooth running of the Retail Service Centre
**To be successful in this role you must have**:
- A valid and current driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse/factory environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A unique ability for quick thinking, problem solving and organising
- A positive, vibrant & high-spirited approach
- Customer relations skills with demonstrated success in this area will be an added bonus
**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
