Senior Draftsperson Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Draftsperson to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for single-storey residential construction.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in single-storey drafting in the residential building industry.
* Comprehensive knowledge of building and construction principles.
* The ability to interpret development plans, local government policies, and building codes.
* Advanced skills in CAD software, preferably ArchiCAD.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
