About the Role:
This is a newly created position for a Special Counsel - Employment Law. The successful candidate will have a transferable practice of $250K+ in order to be considered.
1. Manage a broad employment law practice, primarily advising employers.
2. Take a leadership role in growing and shaping the Employment team.
3. Collaborate with senior lawyers and high-profile clients.
4. Maintain a balanced workload with an achievable billable target.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 years PQE in Employment Law.
2. Experience in mid-tier or reputable firms.
3. Consistent career trajectory with long-term roles.
4. Proven ability to bring or build a $250K+ practice.
