Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused sales representative to join our team at Carrara. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service, process orders and payments, and maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences for all customers (walk-in, email, and phone)
* Assist in day-to-day activities within the store
* Process orders, invoices, and payments
* Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or trade counter sales
* Ability to handle sales transactions, process orders, and manage stock inquiries
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills
* Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved)
* A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
