We are working with an international leader the financial software and services sector, with a new Client Manager opportunity. Clients the organisation work with are fund managers, insurance firms and banking organisations. The Client Manager role has the purpose of building long-term relationships with customers through continuous review and improvement of customer's use of products and services.
Some of the specific elements involved in the role include:
- Ensuring a high touch engagement model, including regular onsite visits, project status calls, executive engagements
- Developing relationships with senior client personnel to gain understanding of client strategy and alignment to achieving their strategy
- Sustaining a strong understanding of the solution and keeping up-to-date with current functionality, offerings and upgrades
- Maintaining frequent communication and collaboration with internal client account teams and business units
- Establishing long-term, strategic objectives for the client and measure success against account plan goals
- Proactively ensuring effective client issue resolution, project delivery, response to information requests, and collaboration with other teams across the service provider
- Dealing with the primary stakeholders who may include; Head Traders, Portfolio Managers, C-level Management in major and medium sized corporations globally.
Ideally you will have the following knowledge, skills, experience & qualifications to be successful in this role:
- **Front Office and instrument type knowledge across equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX etc.**:
- Demonstrated ability to client face at a high level using a hands-on approach.
- Understanding of multi-tier technical architectures and relational database structures. Familiarity with SQL, FIX, Crystal Reports, messaging and web services a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet self-imposed deadlines with proactive account management skills, and a track record of balancing the demands of a major client account.
- Have an established successful Client Management track record.
- Minimum of 5 years of Financial / Software Services industry background with **financial market information systems preferred**.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or the like.

**Salary**: $160,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
