As a sales order and logistics coordinator, you will play a vital role in connecting customers with manufacturing and freight partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Manage sales orders from entry through dispatch
* Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and freight bookings
You will be responsible for tracking production updates for stakeholders and prioritizing customer service to resolve any delivery challenges. This requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Proven experience in sales order management and coordination
* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders
* Familiarity with logistics software or systems is an advantage but not essential
