ConsultANZ is looking for Site Engineers for a FIFO opportunity to WA with a top‑tier piling contractor. This role will support the delivery of a project to a major mining infrastructure development involving complex piling works valued at over $50–80M.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend construction meetings to stay informed on site progress, milestones, and upcoming activities.
* Oversee piling works including Secant Walls and Bored Piles with Segmental Casing.
* Manage and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and to design specifications.
* Monitor progress, productivity, and resource allocation, providing accurate reporting to project management.
* Identify and resolve on‑site technical or operational challenges in a timely manner.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Support quality assurance processes including inspections, concrete testing, and reinforcement checks.
* Participate in project planning, inductions, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
About You
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
* Minimum of 3 years demonstrated site‑based piling experience.
* Strong technical knowledge of piling methodologies (Secant Wall, Bored Piles with Segmental Casing).
* Previous exposure to mine‑standard safety systems is highly regarded.
* Ability to work under FIFO conditions.
