Our client is a well-known global organization with a strong presence in Australia. They are looking for a Quality Systems Training Officer to join their team in Brisbane. As a part of this growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team and make significant contributions to the world.
As part of the quality core team, you will drive training for all staff, manage system change strategies, and provide learning and development to the site. This multi-functional role also offers the opportunity to work with the global team in implementing training programs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Development, management and maintenance of the site Training program/system, policies and procedures
- Collaboration with corporate training resources to ensure that the site training program is aligned with corporate strategy and expectations
- Provide reporting and training compliance to the site leadership team
- Direct engagement with regulatory agencies and clients to represent the compliance of the Training System
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
- Build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Promoting a culture of training and learning across the site
- Developing, implementing and maintaining Quality Systems
- Developing and approving training materials
- Support quality system initiation/review/approval (support deviation investigations, CAPAs, change controls, etc.) as required
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated experience in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent work experience
- Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred
- Relevant industry experience in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry with GMP training experience
- Proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
This is a site-based role at a manufacturing site, with consistent Monday-to-Friday working hours. The organization provides ample opportunities for growth, professional development, and high chances of extension or permanency.
