As a key player in our e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for managing logistics activities and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Collaborate with logistics partners to identify and implement process enhancements, while maintaining operational agreements.
* Develop and deliver training programs for logistics coordinators on logistics tools and systems, creating clear documentation processes.
* Reconcile freight and warehousing invoices, establishing effective invoice verification processes across international and domestic carriers.
* Manage the logistics inbox and respond to all incoming queries promptly and accurately.
* Perform and oversee key logistics administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations.
* Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to resolve logistics issues and drive operational alignment.
* Implement agreed process improvements across departments to boost efficiency and performance.
* Support the logistics team with project execution and strategic initiatives.
* Contribute to freight and warehousing cost analysis, assisting in tender processes.
* University degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or similar).
* Experience in logistics operations, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or high-volume supply chains.
* Familiarity with international freight is highly regarded.
* Skilled at working with logistics providers, focusing on relationship management and operational improvement.
* Process-oriented and detail-driven, with a strong ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
* Accurate and diligent in reconciling invoices and managing financial processes.
* A natural communicator, thriving in collaborative environments and engaging stakeholders effectively.
* Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Confident using logistics systems and tools, capable of training others in best practices.
