The Flick team in Emerald have an exciting opportunity for a Fulltime Operations Assistant to join the team, this role will commit to the continual improvement of processes and services ensuring that technicians are supported and receive an equal work load.
Key responsibilities
* Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
* Improving operational processes and best practices.
* Provide support to the office and field team.
* Vendor Management: Submitting invoices on clients' portal and maintaining up to date vendor and resolving collection efficiently.
* Day to day enquires via Phone and Email.
Position requirements
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* An ability to effectively manage changes in competing priorities.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills as well as be able to prioritise tasks in a way that bolsters operational efficiency.
* A sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple demands at once (emails/texts/phone calls/meetings/tasks).
* Computer literacy and sound knowledge of MS Office package.
