Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance and support to managers on various HR matters, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to drive workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
* Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional customer experiences.
* Lead return-to-work programs, facilitating a safe and supportive transition back to work for employees recovering from illness or injury.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in workplace safety, compensation administration, and return-to-work programs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
