You will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care outcomes, operational flow, and team support across the unit. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead shifts within the ICU Support clinical excellence and patient safety initiatives Mentor and support junior nursing staff Assist with operational management and team coordination Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture You Will Have: Extensive ICU nursing experience Previous leadership or acting leadership exposure highly regarded Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment capability AHPRA registration Qualifications Authorisation to work in Australia Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Passion for team development and patient first care ANUM - CCU This position is ideal for a highly motivated Coronary Care or Cardiac Nurse looking to further develop their leadership career within a supportive and well-established cardiac service. You will play a key role supporting the daily operations of the unit while delivering high quality care to patients with acute cardiac presentations.
