Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, plant, and maintain edible gardens
* Design and deliver practical lessons on gardening, cooking, and nutrition to school children
* Empower schools and communities to establish sustainable sources of fresh, healthy food
The ideal candidate will have existing gardening knowledge or a willingness to learn sustainable practices, passion for healthy cooking, and sharing practical skills with others. Cultural sensitivity and adaptability are essential for engaging respectfully with Aboriginal communities.
About the Role:
* Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension
* $88,281 p.a. plus superannuation
* 6 weeks annual leave, generous travel allowance
