This is a role that supports delivering high-quality customer service, managing records and correspondence, assisting with admissions and bookings.
* Administrative support to the management team is required.

Key Responsibilities
Main Job Tasks:
1. Please assist in maintaining accurate records of patient information and office communication
2. Maintain effective communication channels for smooth day-to-day operation within all departments involved
3. Emails or phone calls may be directed to your attention from patients or staff members requiring urgent action;
4. The administration process requires interaction with external parties as well as internal stakeholders on a regular basis;
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive problem-solver who enjoys working independently. This position will involve making decisions under pressure while maintaining an extremely high level of professionalism at all times.
Policing is carried out by Office Management to check personal computer workstations daily before departing from workplace every evening.
The manager has organized shift roster changes quarterly so one can take leave without affecting colleague productivity.
