MG Kailis Lobster is currently looking to hire a new cook for one of our east coast vessels. The cook is responsible for cooking and cleaning for a crew of 18. Jobs/chores include but not limited to.
Daily cleaning of amenities
Prepping of lunch items
Stock takes and stores ordering for vessel trips
Washing of crew clothing
Cooking dinner and afternoon snacks for the crew
Our vessels run back-to-back trips unloading and departing the same day from Cooktown, Far North QLD. Trip length can vary depending on catch rates but trips will be on average 10-14 days.
