We are looking for an experienced off-the-plan developments paralegal to join our team. Our firm's reputation and success are based on providing thorough, easy to understand legal advice and excellent client service - every time. As a result, most of our new business is referred by existing, satisfied clients.
Skills & Experience for this role:
* A minimum 2 years' previous experience in similar role;
* Experience with off-the-plan developments acting for the developer/seller;
* Excellent understanding of all aspects of residential and commercial development transactions;
* Ability to handle a file from start through to settlement;
* Competence in drafting correspondence and other documents;
* Liaising with clients and managing relationships;
* High attention to detail; and
* Have excellent communication skills and be very well organised.
