This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in Java, J2EE, Microsoft, Python, and PowerShell.
The ideal candidate will have experience in on-prem and cloud hosting, monitoring, and capacity management.
Responsibilities include:
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
* Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
* Contributing to continuous process improvements
* Participating in 24/7 support coverage
Requirements for this position include:
* Strong knowledge of the specified programming languages and technologies
* Experience with infrastructure management, monitoring, and troubleshooting
* Ability to perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and documentation
* Australian citizenship with active NV1 clearance or Baseline clearance with eligibility for upgrade
