You will oversee the Sunshine Coast and Bundaberg branches, responsible for revenue and profit targets, service quality and ongoing development of both operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and coordinating all branch activities
* Oversseeing recruitment, training and performance management of branch personnel
* Developing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
You will lead sales, customer service and operations teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and empower team members.
Additional requirements include:
* A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
