Purpose of the role
We're looking for a proactive Search & Affiliates Coordinator to support and optimise Youi's Paid Search and Affiliate programs. You'll manage day-to-day affiliate activity and assist with Paid Search campaign execution, reporting, and testing. Ideal for someone analytical, detail-focused, and eager to drive performance across two key digital channels.
Key priorities
* Optimise affiliate partnerships to boost sales growth.
* Recruit and manage new affiliates to expand the program.
* Ensure affiliate initiatives align with company policies.
* Monitor affiliate performance and relationships.
* Support Paid Search execution, including testing and bid management.
* Assist with reporting and insights for both channels.
* Use data to drive search campaign optimisations.
* Deliver clear reports on campaign ROI and performance.
About you
Experience & Knowledge:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Proficient in Excel and familiar with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics
* Experience in performance marketing and campaign management tools
* Google Ads certification and platform editor experience preferred
* Solid understanding of PPC and media platform functionality
* Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with strong communication, project management, and risk management skills.
Ways of working
Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
Sippy Downs & Fortitude Valley:
This role can be based at either our Headquarters in Sippy Downs or our Fortitude Valley office.
