Gawler Health Service is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our small, busy Preadmission Clinic.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with patients prior to admission, focusing on optimising their health and readiness for surgery through nursing-based surgical and anaesthetic assessment, patient education, and discharge planning.
By supporting patients through this important stage of care, you will contribute to safer, smoother admissions and improved patient outcomes, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
