As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients acquire high-quality properties that align with their strategies, market insights, and company goals.
Understanding client expectations, conducting in-depth market research, and identifying properties that meet our rigorous due diligence criteria will be central to your role.

Core Responsibilities:
Identify and secure off-market and pre-market properties.
Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure that properties meet the client's needs and company standards.
Evaluate property value, rental potential, and cash flow to align with investment criteria.
Present finalised properties to clients for approval.
Deliver exceptional client service through professional presentations, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Communicate effectively and strategically to clients and their needs.

Effective Communicator: Clearly and efficiently engage with clients and sellers, negotiate effectively, and provide updates.

Detail-focused: Ensure all paperwork and legal requirements are accurate and deadlines are met.

Determined: Overcome challenges with creativity and persistence to achieve goals.
Role Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
12 months in a similar role (Buyers Agency, Property Management, Real Estate Sales, or House and Land/Off-the-Plan Sales).
