THE OPPORTUNITY
CSR has an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operations Manager and lead our Mawson Lakes DC and associated warehouse and freight operations. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing team culture. **About the role**:
- Lead Mawson Lakes DC and associated warehouse and freight operations, managing a team of 3 Direct Reports and 42 Indirect Reports.
- Ensure outstanding customer service delivery.
- Lead the implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop and empower team members to maximize performance.
- Enhance safety standards across all operations.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to achieve financial targets.
- Drive change initiatives to align with strategic objectives.
**About you**:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
